I know Adleys Mom because she holds dress parties at her house. She sent this photo to me and wrote this: "Whenever Adley sits in this dress the skirt puffs out and it is so adorable. However she isn't quite sure about the skirt so she won't put her arms down. She just holds her arms out the whole time." Doesn't she look just like a doll?!
